How do you add value on social?

If you're stuck for ideas on how you can add value for your loyal followers on your social platforms, then look no further!

Here are my top ten

1. Show what's going on behind-the-scenes: It might seem mundane and everyday to you, but your followers want to see the legit real you creating to understand your process.

2. Create a snappy infographic: Canva is amazing for this. Keep it simple, with plenty of eye-catching images.

3. Throw it back: A little #tbt action shows your followers how far you've come on your journey and creates context for newer followers who are just getting to know you.

4. Share a book: What are you reading right now? You can tell a lot about a person by what they're reading. As long as it fits your brand, share away!

5. Ask questions: Absolutely key to building engagement and delving deep into finding out what it is that makes your customers tick.

6. Share industry news: This is something I do alllll the time. It lets your customers know that you are knowledgeable and keeping up-to-date with current trends in your industry, and positions you as an expert.

7. Get your customers involved: User generated content is THE BEST way to build brand loyalty and trust. Encourage your followers to share themselves using your product or service and watch the engagement start rolling up and up!

8. Do a how-to: Film yourself creating or making something, and teach your followers how to do it themselves. Share your knowledge and empower your followers to get involved and learn something new.

9. Share your inspiration: This might be a quote that you love, or an image that really speaks to you. Sharing is caring, spread that love around and like-minded followers will flock towards it too.

10. Introduce the team: Your followers want to know the faces behind the brand. Make yourself relatable and familiar so they know who they're purchasing from and are happy to invest in YOU.
